The economic mess did not happen last month. It crashed in the fall of
2007. It just took you ****ers a year to realize it. Roy can tell you
that I was totally on top of it from the get go.

Mr. Bush was the head honcho during the period in question. If Federal
funds were being abused it was his responsibility, as well as Congress',
to remedy that situation.

The Army Corps of Engineers were found negligent and Homey was Commander
in Chief during the period in question.
