Probably being pushed into it by others. *I think Obama knows they will
still fail, but rather than fight the resistance from his own cabinet and
advisors, he's letting them fail.

I think you should offer him a joint to smoke behind the white house.
Then we can see if he can find the door to get back inside instead of
trying to use a window.
