Anyone else out there hearing Cuban English broadcasts? They were on
loud and clear, on 6140 Khz this a.m. with a full hour of English
programming, from 0900-1000 UTC. Mostly other topics than current
Caribbean dustup.

Not as loud as before their change to Spanish a couple weeks ago but very
clear in Wisconsin on 6000 kc beginning Thursday (GMT) at 0200 GMT. 6140 kc
English too but considerably weaker. The English is there but no Arnie.
