compulsory, combining bang for buck is taken into account. Shure most
countries have gripes as well. But they get solved. Healthcare is an
economic entity like taxes are and has nothing to do with silly questions.

of 16% of GDP for a US healthcare system providing the same quality for all.

Convert it to a General Practice [Barefoot
Doctor] Public Health System Medical School.

Allow for Probability of Benefits.
