You seem misinformed, RHF. Gates did not forget his keys. The door was
jammed. Both he and his driver couldn't get to open even with
possession of the keys. They both had to push on it to get it to open.
Don't you read the news?

Do we forfeit are rights to be secure in our homes if we have to push
on a jammed door?

I think not.

If you forget/or misplace/lose the key(s) to your own home, or if the
door is jammed and you are breaking into your own home and if a cop
shows up,,, the best thing to do is be polite and explain the situation
and show some identification to the cop.You can also tell the cop to
check with your neighbors to prove you live in that house, or apartment,
whatever.

The divorced woman who moved into the house next door to me about a year
ago, her mom works for a security company. Her mom installed an
electronic security system in that house.Either the divorced woman and
her shack up boyfriend sometimes don't remember the code to the front
door or they misplace the keys/whatever,,,,, once in a while I see her
or her boyfriend ''breaking into'' that house. She has a little girl
about five years old.She opens the bathroom window and she lifts her
little girl up to that window so she can go inside and open the
door. That boyfriend of hers goes through the bathroom window too.Once in
a while when I am working on my old trailer in my back yard I see them
''breaking into'' that house.

A re-run of last Thursdays Trailer Park Boys is starting on the T101
channel, Only on DirecTV.

MWB,

Q1a - Was Gates Barred from His Residence
due to a Jammed Door ?
Did Gates Have To Bust-Open That Door ?
Was Gates Angered By His Action of Being
Forced To Un-Jam the Door ?
= = = Goes To State of Mind
? Was Gates Already Angry ?

NOTE - To the Neighbors, or at least one
Neighbor, someone was attempting to Break
into the Gates Residence : Hence the 911 Call.

Q2 - Had Gates Been Drinking at Dinner or within
the past 2-4 Hours prior-to coming Home to
discover He was Locked-Out of His House
= = = Goes To Mental Ability
