Has anyone compared the older Palstar R 30 CC/ R 30C /R30 with the
new Palstar R 30 A yet?

How good are the Palstars, aren't they made in America? Ten-Tecs are, I
think.

I think they are made in Ohio. I have heard good things about them .
I think quality control was an issue.
