Never caught them on that freq during that time and nothing on
Primetime Shortwave. Any idea where they are transmitting out of?

Both EiBi and Aoki show Rampisham, UK.

One question: Did you hear them in English at that time? Both EiBi and Aoki
show Russian language at 0300.
