You are receiving this email as we have received complaints from the
internet community that your computer has been involved in disruption incidents on USENET (Newsgroups) that is in violation of that group's charter. Apparently there is one backstabber in this group that none of you here should trust! I post a humorous site intended to break up the monotony of the usual dribble not in any way related to the shortwave topic and this little puke, whoever it is, has the gall to complain to a service provider. Many topics are discussed in this group, some way out of line. This will come back on you whoever you are. Now, where exactly do I find the groups "charter"? 'Should be interesting to find just how many here follow those guidelines to a "T". |

The problem with rec.radio.shortwave is 95 percent of the postings here
have nothing to do with shortwave radio in any manner. It's been a flaming and politics group for the past few years. |

A groups charter is not a binding document. Even if it were, the ability to enforce at ISP level or above is sadly lacking. Krypsis |
