Back in the 1950s, a Cocker Spaniel I used to own.Actually, he was a
family dog, we all owned him.His name was Tom Dooley.He never was one to
pick any fights with other dogs, but only once that I know of, a dog
picked on him.He came walking back to the house, from down the street
around the corner.I heard them getting at it! He got back home and drank
some water and he laid down on the front porch.I says to him,,, Well,

Not a clue. I don't remember that particular incident. But it's
certainly possible that the journalist in question was a either a
fool...or experiencing what the Londoners in Victorian England called a

Uh, you seem to be distorting the facts a bit, Sparky. Just because
people demonstrate for their candidate is a looong way from saying Obama
is "smarter and gooder than all of them combined" as did the original
poster.

And even if they did, that STILL doesn't explain why it's OK for ALL

Well then, you are also implying that because Reagan, Bush I, Bush II,

intelligent (demonstrably more so than his predecessor), and thus you

"Legitimate" is intuitively obvious (and rhetorical)...

1) This is America. If every prez of both parties for the last 30 years
used a prompter, there is no reason Obama can't use one nor is there any
reason to hold its use against him.

2) BS statements like "Cuz he's supposed to be smarter and gooder than
all of them combined" and "It's a question of being UNable to function
without one" are just that... more BS and sour grapes, but certainly
