Default PERU, R. Victoria, 6019.27 kHz, 17 Mar 2010, 0450z -

PERU, Radio Victoria, 6019.27 kHz, 17 Mar 2010 at 0450z onward. In
the clear, no heterodynes or interference from 6020. Used LSB & notch
until clear at 0450, then S-AM-wide. SINPO = 35343. Female reciting
persons' names and possible duties (?) in Spanish.

Quite a nice signal. What is the power of this transmitter?
