FWIW the Bible (the silly book) speaks of this exact thing as signs of his coming. Just saying. I'm already here. That was pretty funny, but you know you will pay for that one day. ;-) Already paid, if you'll recall. Ciao. |

Are y'all still saying Ciao, over there in La La Land? How about Yew and
Tew? I think FIAT, or one of those spaghetti benders Eyetalian car manufacturers had a car model by the moniker name of Ciao. cuhulin |

It's on line, just like the Code of Federal Regulations. |

The number one best selling book of all time and here is the kicker.....the most stolen book from both libraries and bookstores and I guess in your case - motels.:-D Human behavior, gotta love it. |

Can't you just steal one of the gideon versions from a motel these days? -- For some reason the word freaking followed by the word Bible just seems a tad too much. I say that half serious and half being funny. Myself - I have never been a Bible collector. I do know two people that have an extraordinary collection though. I don't understand the thinking behind it but I'm sure many don't understand collecting radios or stamps either. I found out some years back the first Bible my parents gave to me (other than those little ones that fit in your hand when you're little) - - I had wondered why the gold lettering on the outside ie;front cover and binding had worn off. Other than that, the book itself looks somewhat new though it's around thirty two years old. An oldtimer in his early eighties saw my Bible and told me that it was brown morrocan leather and that there was no known lettering on the outside of a Bible that would outlast that particular leather. I found that pretty cool, at least it doesn't telegraph that it's a Bible and I don't have to worry about Bob stealing it. ;-P FWIW it's the 1611 KJV |

I use to slip one in the backpack when I went hiking for just such application. Or rolling papers (avoid the gold binding) |
