Default MWARA CAR-B

Early this morning (0357-0500 GMT) I was listening to NY RADIO CAR-B
transmissions on 3455 KHz.

The signal was much weaker than the signals from NY VOLMET on 3485 and
NY Radio on various NAT-A and NAT-F 3 MHz frequencies. Even Gander was
easier to copy.

Where is the transmitter for NY RADIO on 3455KHz located?
Miami,Key West, some where else?????
