Latest DXpedition in South Africa

My latest DXpedition in South Africa can be seen at:

Although mainly MW BCB DXing, there is some HF utilities DX as well.

Running the Perseus SDR .wav recordings afterwards is sure a new way
of DXing. Getting those logs later in your home QTH is just as
thrilling as in the field. Certainly a new way to DX and gets lots of
extra catches you would otherwise not have got.

Gotta agree with Dave. I love that pic of the sky, that is a postcard
right there. I have to ask you John, have you lost some weight over
the last couple of years? Looking good.

Bruce-

Thanks for your generous comments fella's.
I am indeed blessed by having two lovely DX sites by the sea.
Jongengat is even better than Seefontein = radio paradise!

Yes I have lost weight due to my awful year medical wise last year. I
am firing on all cylinders again now and feeling fine.
I'm pushing 73 now and you shrivel with old age. If you look back on
the first DXpeditions you will see that I was not so short next to my
DX pal Vince before.

My U.S. DX mate Guy Atkins has posted the Perseus data files on his
website and lots of DXer's all over the world are finding new stations
not heard before. Perseus SDR is certainly a fascinating and absorbing
radio tool - I'm having immense fun.
