Can anyone ID this shortwave broadcaster? Oldies music format, songs
in English.

10100 KHz is the 30 M amateur band, and is digital only. There is
either a pirate transmitter or a spurious emission involved.

WWRB has been doing some testing on 5050 and 10100 could be it's 2nd
harmonic. Dave Franz likes to broadcast oldies from time to time along
with bible readings when he's testing transmitters.

Hmmm - maybe its second harmonic is more potent than its fundamental -
their 5050 here in California is usually pretty weak.

It's a low power ham band with no voice. It's also OTH RADAR (primary
user) so Dave may get a visit from the NSA.
