They've convinced every tin pot dictator wanna be that every hundred
tonnes of ore is worth a handgun or hand grenade. Diamonds and Oil have
their own ratios. What the White man isn't getting almost free, the
Chinese are scooping up. Putting in a hundred kilometers of road for a
fifty year oil supply is a sweet deal.

If the Africans get smart, they will realize they are being played off
against each other for the benefit of others. There seems to be no
motion towards awareness.
