in some sort of comedic radiodrama with background laughtrack
and rim shots on a snare drum right at s/off. Good, better than //

Several repitions of distinctive VoT minor chord IS, then open
carrier.
Decent signal, but intense QRM from the RTTY that's usually on this
freq.
