N-S paths are hot on 20 meters. Just talked to a guy in Buenos Aires
with a wire antenna and 100 watts (both of us) - excellent signals
both ways.

I noticed the same thing, on the trailing gray line. Lots of Cubans,
Brazilians, Argentines, etc.
