What is Advertising Costs supposed to run
as a Percentage of Budget 5%~10% ?

So -if- 'Rush' is being Paid $50M per Year
the Sponsors must see 'Rush' bringing in :
$50M / 10% = $500M {Half a Billion} in Sales
$50M / 5% = $1B {One Billion} in Sales
