41k (base price) seems like a lot of money for an experimental
vehicle. Who in his right mind will buy it? And where is one suppose
to recharge it if he/she gets a dead battery and the regular gas
stations tell him/her to call BHO for help ?

Actually, for what's in it, $41K is a bargain. It has an gasoline
powered alternator on board, BTW.
