North American Indians regularly invaded each other's places, killed or enslaved (or sometimes ate) their enemies and did all the foul and obnoxious things done by peoples all over the earth. The United States is a good place to live. Indians lost a great deal when Europeans occupied the Americas, but that was a long time ago and no one now feels the least impulse to do anything about it. Give it up, live well, and be happy. We should have adopted more of their lifestyle. They would never have allowed global eco-disaster. Soon we'll be living like "savages" anyway. |
