That's ridiculous. The Founders would laugh you off the board. And some
of them were Freemasons.

Then they know the importance of a building being on good footings and
strong cornerstones.

Jefferson tore down and rebuilt his house several times and suggested
treating the Constitution in a similar manner would not be inappropriate.


He started with the new footer to add on.... you're building on NOTHING.


It is not a sacred text. It's a set of ideas that we agreed to use until
something better comes along.

Something better came along? Why are you ignoring and abusing it when
you have yet to let us all vote on your better constitution?

And yet you contend that it need no such amendments, since you suggest
that you can change it with Judges interpretations...
