6950.3 AM was back on tonight. Heard Devo and other 80's music. Fading
in and out @ 0200UTC. First noticed around 0130UT. According to FRN -
has been on since 2312 UTC. Faded out completely or signed off about
0220 UTC. Still no ID heard.

when you hear them open there stream and when its the same music as
6.960 than your sure

On 6960 kHz I get a weak carrier in the late afternoon and more local
pirate activity in SS on 6960 kHz LSB around sunset.
