I have a diamond combination sharpner.I bought it about a year ago at
Lowe's.It has diamond grit on it. http://www.smithsedge.com

Of course it is artificial/human made diamond grit.I just now noticed I
can pull the 'stone' part out and turn it around and store it inside the
hollow handle.Neat.
