Tuned into 11590 for Radio Cairo at 2300 and found nothing there, but waiting,
the carrier came up at 2302 with Arabic music, then barely audible ID,
seemingly by YL anncr.

Signal was weak, but with so little modulation essentially useless.

Heard a "Radio Cairo" @ 2329 UTC then back to no modulation.

Propagation has fallen off. Could be running on reduced power too.

9305 kHz has Arabic chants and music @ 0025 UTC and the voice portion
is modulated somewhat with male anncr.

6270 kHz is in use. Today @ 0045 modulation came up to audible level -
Played some music. ID and news in Spanish with YL anncr @ 0100 UTC
then more music @ 0106UTC. Strong signal.
