How do I turn this file into a .cvs file that is usable.
What am I doing wrong?

Open it in Internet Explorer, then save the spreadsheet as a spreadsheet
(or whatever)

Strange, I downloaded the .cvs file today and it downloaded as a .cvs
file with no help from me.
