It is like making sense of insanity, if you can make sense of it, it
isn't insanity.

I fear you have already made the leap. If the developing world emulates
us, the planet has about 13 and a third years left as a spaceship for
humans.

Between Foo-koo-shee-ma and Gha-dah-phee ( he did have an N.program a
little while back ! ) even 13 and 1/3 years might be a hypothetical
exaggeration . . .

There is always someone telling me the Earth will end and humans will
all die, it's the same over and over.

My Dad told me years and decades ago that "there is always someone
preaching apocalypse"....

So if we stop all progress and and do nothing else then people will die
and if we keep on this path people will die. There it is and given the
choice I'll let nature take it's course rather than believe the
doomsayers who seem to be really big liars. My father never died of
the apocolypse and I have lived through at least a prediction a year of
the planet and humanity being doomed......

Humans may cause societies to die, but it won't be from progress, it
will be because they think they know it all and they use central
planning to implement their "genius". It has happend time after time in
history.

Civilization is a failure. All governments are as you describe.
What good is gaining the whole world while losing one's soul?

My soul is fine, my ass is what is in question..... Civilization is NOT
doomed, the USA "United States" was a diverse society and when it is run
as the constitution suggests..... Diversity is how life survives.

Socialism and central planning is how civilizations die. Kill the Queen
and the hive will die. How do you kill 50 Queens?

We are guaranteed "hard times".... that's life, but only our arrogance
to think we know it all guarantees our "end times".- Hide quoted text -

In about 200,000,000 years, the sun will become hot enojgh so that
water cannot remian as liquid on Earth.

Long before that we will have evolved against our best efforts to
remain static.

The end times for humans, and for life on Earth, is absolutely
guaranteed.

Humans may live on other planets in other solar systems by that time.
Humans may be able to create or transport a new or different sun to
replace it by that time.

If Earth's overall temperature gets up to 140 degrees, or higher, and
stays like that long enough, all of Earth's water will split up
(Hydrogen and Oxygen) and drift up into outer Space.Earth would become
dry as a bone, no more water.Or so I once read somewhere years and years
ago.

Quote me that part of the constitution... it doesn't exist in any copy
I have ever seen.

Once again, because you seem so ****ing dense

Show ME where in the constitution it says: "only a literal
interpretation of this constitution shall be legal"

Marbury v Madison, accepted since (about 1804), is the definitive
authorization for ONLY the judiciary to determine what the
constitution means/says.

Where is the authority to decide "Marbury" the way they did, in the
constitution?

One unconstitutional act to make it a constitutional act, is faulty logic.
