Where as the people on their own could NOT have produced anything of

Who created the Microsoft Wealth? *Without Bill Gates, who would have
created personal computing that would become a world wide success.

He did not create it so much as concentrate it. Now, he's beginning
to spread it around again...but still, not creating it.
