Listening on my Grundig Sat800, I'm hearing Arabic male vocals
weakly under a very strong Voice of Greece in Greek. The only thing
I can find in any list that might match this is VOIRI in Arabic from
Iran. Does anyone know the transmitter site for Iran in Arabic from
0000 - 0530 UTC? I don't think I've heard this broadcast before.

You are probably hearing the Zahedan, Iran site. It runs 500KW.
Greece runs 250KW, but the signal you get depends on the xmtr. antenna
and direction.
