The rest could have left at any time. Also David Koresh abused children and attempted to rape one. He split up families, he was a cult leader. koresh was frequently in town and away from the compound on business. Slipping set a of cuffs on him and taking him to court would have been a LOT cheaper on tax payers. Absolutely. Heads should have rolled over that. Personally, I think much more money is owed in resitution to the victims families and surviving victims. Criminals are usually loathe to own up to their debts and crimes ... I don't think the events were any different than those which were planed for public servants working in someones, or some groups best interests. Whatever koresh had, or had not done will always remain a mystery Hardly. His surviving followers are quite open about their time with Koresh. , our public servants crimes forever before the people. It is MUCH easier to accuse dead men of crimes, they simply can't represent themselves in court and most charges and trumped up evidence will stick to men in a coffin. The accusers, one should note, are the surviving Branch Davidians. Yeah, why would they ever hesitate about telling the truth, after watching 78 of them mass murdered by the government ... Or by their deranged cult leader, whose preaching focused on an immanent Apocalypse. Preaching bull**** is no crime. Of course it isn't. Just curious, though: you don't see a connection here between Koresh's Apocalyptic preaching, and what his followers say were his actions at the end of the siege? Murdering people is. I know this might be shocking to people who would have us do away with free speech. Who advocated doing away with free speech? I think all here can see the validity of your insane text ... I didn't ignore it the first time, I just could not believe you wanted me to respond to your insane remark and embarrass you ... The only person you are in a position to embarass is yourself, by spouting this crackpot revisionist history. The same was being said at the very time the Waco massacres were going on ... a search on the way back engine should produce ample evidence of this. Sorry, but the only massacre perpetrated was by David Koresh against his own followers. The government, when it went in, had no intention of letting koresh escape, alive! Why not? Why do governments worldwide slaughter their own citizens ... or, have you even noticed it going on? They normally have readily apparent reasons, whether justified or not. What was the purported motive here? Really? Yes, really. Sick psychotic murders frequently baffle even the most astute psychiatrists as to their motives ... often you find these sickos as dictators of nations ... IOW, you can't provide any sort of motive for the purported actions of the Government, yet somehow it's them, and not a classic loon like Koresh, who perpetrated the massacre. Yeah, that's credible. I am sure the government will throw open all their records to you though, if you ask nicely, they don't hide anything, do they? Why don't you ask them and get back to us here? IOW, you can't actually provide a credible motive. Nice unintentional admission. Random senseless murders are done for many reasons, some easy to scam up a motive for, some not ... just the sheer show of force and being able to get away with the mass murder helps the government subdue the populations girly-men and powder-puff-bull-dykes. Not to mention that unstable personalities enjoy murder for the sake of sheer murder ... if you are powerful in government, you have henchmen do it for you, as sadam and his sones, and libyas' ruler are accused of ... for recent examples. These sickos find positions in our government just as good as a platform as foreign governments. Wow. Paranoid much? We have nothing to fear but our own public servants serving others interests ... Who did you have in mind? President on down to local officials ... No, whose interests do you think they are serving? The Illuminati? The Freemasons? The Trilateral Commission? That old standby, the Jews? Please, enlighten everyone. Money and power, the more the better ... DUH! Non-responsive answer duly noted. So, let's sum it up he you're positing a Government conspiracy to murder innocent people for no discernable motive other than to further the unspecified interests of vague, unnamed rich people. The cult leader is a deranged loon who preaches an immanent apocalypse, but it's the Government, not him, who immolated him and his followers (again, for no discernable reason). Do you wonder why most people regard Conspiracy Theorists as nuts? |

Far from the Davidians being "trapped" in the compound they could leave any time. In fact that is why there are survivors. They are the ones just walked out, unharmed. Yep and because Koresh could have sent those children away he is just as at fault as the FBI were. FRIDAY, MARCH 19: Two Davidians, Brad BRANCH and Kevin WHITECLIFF, come out of the compound. SATURDAY, MARCH 20: Another Davidian, Rita RIDDLE, comes out of the compound. SUNDAY, MARCH 21: At 12:15 a.m., two more women, Victorine HOLLINGSWORTH and Annetta RICHARDS, exit the compound. Rita RIDDLE, Gladys OTTMAN, Sheila MARTIN, James LAWTON, and Ofelia SANTOYA come out. TUESDAY, MARCH 23: At 10:05 a.m., Livingstone FAGAN leaves the compound http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontl...timeline3.html |

Rubbish, he could have let them arrest him on day 1 and none of the deaths would have happened. Instead he let his brainwashed followers of the cult die. |

wrote: The court hearing(s) and trials on all this are nothing short of criminal, a sham, a joke ... I am sorry, I find any testimony given by the victimized surviors of no value, I'm sorry you discount the testimony of people who were actually there for the speculation of people who weren't. besides having gone though the horror of watching their friends and family murdered, I can only guess at what threats and/or monetary "compensations" have been offered, by the criminals. That's the first problem with conspiracy theories: they're typically long on guesses, and short on actual evidence... I am afraid we must agree to disagree on what is real, possible, probable and truth ... ....and that's the second problem: way too often, conspiracy theorists don't seem to recognize much of a disticntion between "possible", "probable", and "true". The bulldozing and destruction of the crime scene, immediately after, is something which would bring normal criminals under high scrutiny. I said what I meant, koresh and the intentions of the davidians will always be under a shroud of mystery -- our public servants illegal use of the military and their crimes are simply a matter of record. About two something weeks ago, somebody at http://www.libertypost.org said Hillary Clinton made the decision. If the feds wanted to arrest David Koresh, why didn't they do it when he went to town? They were there. They easily could have arrested him right there and then. cuhulin |

I expect much out of my public servant in the presidents office and who he/she appoints. I expect more of my military, they know better. I expect more of my sheriff and police, etc. And, any fool who misses those importances' need to take up residence in a 3rd world country ... Regards, JS |

A single video, waco rules of engagement, pushes Waco far above a simple conspiracy! Regards, JS |
