Sorry but Obama did pull ALL combat units OUT of Iraq and is drawing
down the others. Promise KEPT.
I am pretty sure that he missed the six month deadline, but I would
attribute it to domestic politcal opposition rather than to a lack of
will on his part. Similarly, the inability to remove the prisoners
from Guantanemo was not because he did not try, but because his
political gadflies deliberately put obstacles in his way without
providing any constructive alternatives. When he tries to keep his
promises, but cannot only because of political obstructionsism by the
Publicans, it is illogical to call those "lies".
