since first manned spaceflight”, in 135 days by airmail for EE report

cards for various dates in 425 days by airmail for EE report and three

Interesting you should ask! On the VOA envelope, the whole works came
in a single envelope with a Brussels - Belgium postage stamp affixed
to it. ???

On the Cuban envelope, yes, the earlier envelope was sealed unopened
within another similar but slightly larger envelope. Both had a
prepaid postage stamp on the outside.
