forcing them to assume financial responsibility. One victim, a
semi-retarded Welfare recipient named Sid9, who did not wish to give
his last name, related that the terrorists forced him to stop buying
drugs with his government supplied stipend, but made him purchase (and
use )personal hygiene items instead.

Morning Ace. Always go for the humor side. Some of these
guys are too easy. Too much going on in the world right
now. I haven't gotten much home time. And, when I do get a
few days home, we keep getting these nasty storms. Your
going to have to do enough SWL for the both of us. BTW,
have you heard anything on AFRTS/ 4319 upper? Been in and
out of that area, I get nothing from them. Maybe off/ down?

No, haven't even looked for them. Around here, summer is not the DX season.
But the way I usually look at it, it starts in September.
