I think that the state of Louisiana is running afoul of federal law with
this one. Does it not say right there on the money: "This note is legal
tender for all debts, public and private?" Does this not mean that legally
one cannot refuse payment in cash?

I once made an air filter for my air compressor.I used Kotex for the
filter, to filter out moisture from the air.It wasen't long untill I saw
tiny bits of Kotex coming out of the air hose nozzle.It worked real good
for a while though.
