My little 7'' Velocity Micro Cruz touch tablet has done lost it's WiFi connection.

How do I gits it back? Teh Wi Fi thingy says scanning, bit it won't connect.. There is a lonnnng string (code, or whateber) of letters and numbers on the label on teh bottom of my Comcast Xfinity router. Do I type that sheet into my Cruz tablet Wi Fi window, or what? I could call Comcast to send somebody over here to do it, bit I think maybe I can do it myself. Not only am I a computer dummy, bit I am a touch tablet dummy too.

You need to talk to your router or wherever the wifi is coming from. Can
you make a physical connection to the router?

Try this. Unplug your router and leave it unplugged for a minute.
Then, plug it back in and let it start back up. After a couple of
minutes, turn on your tablet and see if it connects.
