Where can I send my Drake SW-8 for repairs?

Drake doesn't seem to want to do it..

The story behind the radio is that it was working perfectly until I turned
it on one day and there was no audio from the speaker. Audio is still good
from the aux out connection.

I bought a couple replacement audio output IC's, and replaced the original.
There is still no change.

Contact John Kriner at Drake, 937-746-6990, apparently his personal business
will repair the R8 series, as well as the others.

First , is that an LA4555? Next, is there one or two electrolytics in
series with the output from the audio IC? Something like 470uF / 16
volt. I would replace those capacitors if possible.

Have not found a Drake schematic, but typically, radio manufacturers
use the same values spec'd out in the chip manufacturers datasheet.
The circuit used is probably one of the bridge configurations shown
since stereo would not be needed.

As you can see, if either of the output capacitors opens up (C7 or
C8), you lose the output. You should be able to trace down the caps
easily since one side of each should be connected to the speaker.
