dave, how did you set up your ultra low power system? What would it take
to assemble a receive only version of your station?

It's amazing how far a few watts will reach. Any thoughts on the
'software only' equipment?

For receive-only a big horizontal loop and a quiet receiver would be
nice for starters. There are quite a few freeware decoding programs, or
SDR that use direct conversion radios with quadrature outputs.
