That frequency has been used by them for at least 30 years, if not longer than that!

Today, hearing VOIRI on 9420 kHz with Koran at 2345 UTC.

It is the Ramadan month- so they need to be praying around the clock and a little MORE (in lieu of what they had been doing since 1979...)
