Fire up your receivers tonight. K index is finally down....A-index is 13
k-index is 2. Voice of Greece is back on 9420 kHz. China is booming in on
the ham bands (via Albania) and Radio Cairo's dead carrier is strong on
9965 kHz. What more could you ask for?

At 0100UTC: R.Cairo is NOT dead. It is a carrier w/o any modulation .Plus very deep fading. V.of Greece-very weak,fading even greater than Egypt's.. Don't care about CRI at all since they have used Canadian and Carribean relay stations very extensively in the past...
