I never take any flu shots. Jim Stone at www.jimstone.is suggests that Chinese flu vaccines are safer that American flu vaccines. He is probally right too.

I got the Hong Kong flu almost 50 years ago. Really bad news. I DON'T
recommend it.

people who already have the flu, no flu shots will prevent it, won't cure it either. People go around spreading the flu to people who don't have the flu.
