mocking of the handicapped, even though Pence is a self-described
"Christian" above all else.

Well, Pence the hypocrite is at it again.

Pence was *outraged* at Hillary using a private email server.
Unfortunately for Pence, it was just announced that Pence used a private
email server when he was governor of Indiana -- and that it was hacked.
Heck of a job, Pence. Will you direct some of your outrage towards
yourself? Will you apologize and have the grace to admit is was a
mistake like Hillary did? Nah, somehow I doubt it.
