Jeff Rense was in a very serious automobile accident last year and was nearly killed. He was on the road alone driving a route he had driven hundreds of times in good weather. He woke up in critical condition remembering nothing. He thinks it was a murder attempt via emf or some such thing. I believe him.

EMP? Why not just use a reliable bomb or a sure-fire Tommy Gun or
something like that?

would be just wonderful if the cops could shut down cars by remote
