Poll: What's Your Favorite Beer?

Vote only for macro brewed fermented **** colored water mass marketed brands. American beer in other words.

No micro brews the beer snobs drink. That's a different poll.

So what brand of beer do you pound?

American **** brews ranked from 1 to 36. Hilarious writeups!

Tastes like brown bananas and green armpits bwhahaahaha!!!

"36. Keystone. This is the worst beer currently sold on American soil. It sits behind chilled glass in a convenience-store fridge like a dumb rebuke to the explosion of American beer variety all around it. In 1978 there were 89 breweries in the U.S.; today there are more than 2,400, and most of the new ones are better than most of the old ones. In 2013 craft beer is no longer the exclusive domain of West Coast weirdos and psychotic woodsmen. These fine days you can score Samuel Adams or Sierra Nevada at the least ambitious of convenience stores and Dogfish Head 90 Minute on the least reliable of trains. And then there is Keystone, which first appeared to the world in 1989, in Chico, Calif., home of the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Keystone separates itself from the rest of the crap pack by augmenting the typical stale/sour flavor profile with notes of brown bananas and green armpits. Keystone is worse than Heineken and murder."

I bought a bread machine to make my own bread. Made 2 loaves and haven't used it since. Machine and ingredients cost me over $75.

That's an expensive couple of loafs.

The pain-in-ass/reward ration is way out of kilter.

Some things are just not worth the trouble of making yourself.

Bread and beer are two of them.

I don't drink beer, but I remember friends making it years
ago. Yeah, it seemed like a PITA. But then, I don't like
beer so the final product held no interest for me.

But I make ALL of my own bread. The store-bought stuff isn't
worth buying. I do most of my bread by hand; kneading bread
dough is a wonderful way to get an upper body workout while
venting frustrations. I also have a bread machine I paid
$25+tax for new. I use that mostly in the summer months or
if I'm in going to be too busy to supervise a blob of dough
through the by-hand steps and baking.

In other words, yeah, it's worth it to bake your own bread.
If you're trying to bake bread at home and still think the
store-bought stuff is better/worth the money/a better use
of time then you ain't doing it right.

Nyssa, who will leave the beer to those who actually like
it, but will keep on baking her own bread

BEER the full length movie. Not a bad movie. Price is right: free at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vILeTfa0Ebk

Message is spot on. Beer is about marketing and image because it is all **** colored fermented water.

That is why having a great commercial is so critical to the success of a brand.

Ask Ed McMahon he will tell you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEHigIkRtlQ
