Default Shortwave Noise Floor During Coronavirus Crisis

Shortwave band noise has not dropped appreciably since global commerce and
general activity decreased since late March.

Still nearly impossible to pull in time signals. Hit & miss.

Most radio noise is local. Probably most of the locals are using their computers and TVs more.
