At what time will it end? Is he going by UTC. If so, he blew it. Again.
(It's 0400 UTC)

Is it EDT? If so, he's blown this one, too. It's now 12:01 am, July 6th,
2003.

Hmmm. Maybe cuz he lives in Oregon, it's PDT. In that case, he's got a
few hours to go.
