Well, you know, according to FCC regs, you cannot target US listeners.

Either the regs don't say that, or given that Yankistan is the most
corrupt gov't in the world (at least in terms of $/transaction) then
the regs don't matter. Just go to the EWTN website and you'll see that
they do target U.S. listeners.

Because you insult my country with every third word. You might notice that
the rest of don't spend our time knocking Canada. There are, I'm sure,
