I'm receiving them about an S-7 on my 20 meter delta loop (oriented NE-SW). What are they doing to your S-meter in Michigan? (and what antenna you using to get them on 15Mhz?) About S-5 here on the R8B, no preamp. I'm getting slightly better results using the 200' wire running E-W rather than the 70' wire running N-S. I'm too young to remember the great superpower battles on SW as told in Passport 1998 (I think) so Voice of Korea is useful in showing the little ones like myself what once was, although I find it boring. It might possibly have been a 'punch up' error on the part of the techs. They are not observed here today on that frequency during the same time frame. -- Stewart H.
