It depends on what time you are listening.

Depending on what time GMT you are tuning in it could be any of the following
locations, Rampisham, Antigua, Singapore or Wooferton on 6195 in English. As
for 9410 it could be Cumbria, Cyprus and or Wooferton and all are in English
too.
