15740 khz
 

Anybody else hearing a station on 15740 khz (mixed in with a lot of QRM) at
2345 UTC. Hearing m & f announcer, but cant
make out the language due to QRM.

I cant find any references to any station on this freq?

Anybody ?

Something about that frequency rang a bell with me.

It was apparently used earlier this spring by Radio Yaran, a quasi clandestine,
which is opposed to the Iranian govt. Transmitters which were used at that time
were in Kvitsoy, Norway.

Possibly they have returned to the air.
