Radio Canada International goodies

RCI rule ! Not only did they send me my international reply coupons
back, they sent me a pen, a key ring, a lapel badge, a map of Canada,
a flag, a QSL card and more besides.
Both New Zealand and India never wrote back to me, and I send IRCs :(

Boy am I pleased with RCI !

Sometimes one has to be persistent. It took me several tries to get
verifications out of stations in India.

I'm sending them a note about their content...last nite they had an
excellent interview with 3 ex-baghdad journalists who gave you an inside
peek about what life there was really like.

When Canada isn't blaming the USA for their power grid going done
they are very good neighbors. ;-)

Hahaha, thanks.

But everthing is America's fault ;-)))))

But USA blames Canada.

As the information comes in, it's looking like it started in the Lake
Erie grid loop on the US side, maybe the Cleveland area. Someone or
something didn't cut that area off the grid fast enough to prevent the
cascade from starting. It took ten seconds for it to reach NYC.
