Listening to RTTY on 3100, trying to decode with no luck. Anyone known the
station ID or QTH, what baud? |

Behold, M 1 signaled from keyed 4-1000A filament:

Most traffic is encoded, but sometimes they send things in the clear - like chili recipies.
